Formulas

The first step to choosing bushings is deciding which of our three unique formulas will suit your needs. All of our formulas are made out of high quality urethane, but each one has distinctive qualities which are summarized below - click on the formula name for even more information including weight charts. Deciding which of our formulas (also referred to as compounds) to choose from will vary based on your riding style and needs! We offer 3 unique formulas - APS, KranK and WFB - to help riders of all disciplines achieve the responsiveness they need. 

One of the first things to consider when choosing a formula is what durometer range you are looking for, which is largely determined by your weight. Our KranK formula only goes down to 84a and rides a bit harder than our other compounds. If you are a very lightweight rider or are looking for softer bushings, APS or WFB might be more suitable for you. As a general rule of thumb, the APS formula is a great place to start if you're new to changing your bushings. It is very lively, turns more than the same durometer of other brands, and will feel much more responsive than stock bushings. APS has a high rebound - so it gives some energy back to you when you come out of a turn (you can think of rebound similar to how a rubber ball will bounce back up to your hand). APS is great for most disciplines

APS™ Formula: Animated Polymer System

APS is our most lively feeling urethane with high rebound and lean. It will turn 10-15% more than the same duro of other brands. It has the widest range of duro from 97.5a (super hard) down to 60a (really soft), and is a great starting place if you're new to changing your bushings.

KranK™ Formula: Performance Under Pressure

KranK is our highest rebound formula and has a range from 96a to 84a. It will feel harder the tighter the kingpin nut is screwed on - allowing for customization of feel within the same bushing! KranK will turn less than the same duro of other brands.

WFB™ Formula: World’s Fastest Bushings

WFB's fluid feeling is due to a unique friction reducing lubricant added to the urethane, allowing for fast transitions and 15-20% more lean than the same duro of other brands. It's the formula of choice for riders who want total control over their set up, and has a wide range of hardness from 95.5a to 68a.
