Shipping Policies - Please Read If You Are Ordering Internationally

Shipping, especially shipping internationally, has become unreliable. We have been having international packages get stuck in customs and our products have been received by customers much later than intended. We now have to ship with USPS - First Class Mail International is cheaper but less secure than Priority Mail International. If you are not in the US, we are letting you know that shipping is at your own risk at this time.

VAT Customs taxes have gone up around the world and we do not lower purchase prices for customs. 

We highly recommend you purchase Route, as it will cover your order if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It will not cover product that is returned to us. 

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed in customs, refused, or due to the customer providing us with an incorrect address, the cost of shipping will need to be paid to us again for us to reship. We can provide a refund upon request, but please note that a refund will only be for the cost of the product MINUS the merchant fees we are charged. The cost of shipping, Route, and merchant fees will not be refunded. 

We highly recommend you check out our Retail Stores to see if there is a store or distributor near you. Some of our distributors are also willing to add bushings you'd like to their next order with us, which saves you the cost and risk of shipping internationally. 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
